Before placing your order, kindly review all details (size, design, quantity, etc.). We do not offer exchanges for incorrect selections once the order has been processed.
To change an order: You may cancel it within 24 hours and place a new one with the correct details.

Timeframe: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
After 24 hours: Cancellations are still possible, but subject to a 10% cancellation fee (based on the order total).
How to cancel: Please email us at support@watchzye.com with your order number.
We accept returns and issue refunds within 180 days from the delivery date. After this period, all sales are considered final.
Items received damaged or broken
Items significantly different from the original order (wrong design, size, or material)
You received the wrong item
Product does not match its description
Items that are worn, washed, or altered
Damage not caused by our team
Items without original tags/packaging
Minor issues (e.g. loose threads) that are easily fixable
All returned items must be unused and in original condition with packaging.
4. How to Request a Return or Refund
Step 1 – Initiate Your Request
Email us at support@watchzye.com with the following:
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Photos of the item and the issue
Shipping label or receipt
Any relevant email communication
Step 2 – Await Our Approval
We will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions. Do not return items before receiving our confirmation.
Step 3 – Return the Item
Ship the item using a reliable courier or postal service. Be sure to keep the tracking number.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Step 4 – Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the item:
Refunds are processed within 2 business days
You will receive a full refund, including the original shipping cost
For delays exceeding 10–15 days, please contact your bank or card provider
Return validity: Up to 180 days after delivery
Customer responsibility: Return shipping fees & item condition
Lost/damaged returns: We are not liable for lost or damaged items during return shipping
